Beginners
Here is where your journey will begin with a 7-class block that is designed to teach you the fundamentals of Classical Pilates. This will help you achieve a solid start in your practice.

3. Building Upper Body Strength
4. Building Articulation
5.Two-Way Stretch
6. Cross Balance Stability
7. Putting it all together

Progression
At the intermediate level of Pilates, you will focus on building upon the fundamentals learned in previous levels. You will be challenged to strengthen your deep abdominal muscles, also known as the powerhouse muscles, by incorporating equipment into your workouts as well as using your own body weight as a tool. This will help you to develop your postural muscles and improve your overall strength and flexibility.

Progression +
At an advanced level, you will feel ready and confident to workout at a faster rhythm. By this point, you will be familiar with each exercise and be able to perform the repertoire by memory. Not only you will be strengthening your body but you will be adding a level of cardiovascular activity to your workout.

Prices:
Group Classes must be purchased by a full block.
£11 per class when bought in a block.
£13 for an individual class.
Please note that a private first 1:1 class and assessment will need to take place in order to ensure proper placement in the most suitable group class. This will be based on your fitness level, personal goals, and previous experience with the method.
